The selection of the ingredients, supports local and certified organic productions through the choice of high-quality products.
This is why our fresh pasta is made with organic eggs and stone-ground flour, the meat and fish come directly from the best local suppliers, the dairy products from the most renowned production areas, the “zero kilometers” vegetables and the extra virgin olive oil from the Florentine’s hills.
All our menus are the result of a combination of flavours, aromas and colours, starting from the Tuscan and Italian culinary tradition.
